Former Golden Eaglet star Kelechi Nwakali has confirmed he has signed a five-year deal with Arsenal.
Kelechi Nwakali was named best player at the U-17 World Cup
The 17-year-old joins the Gunners from Diamond Football Academy for a fee which will rise to around £3million, the Mirror reports.
The Nigerian midfielder was player of the tournament as Nigeria won the Under 17 World Cup in Chile last year with others like Victor Osimhen emerging as superstars.

He will officially sign when he turns 18 in June.
He told the Mirror: “I just came back from London, I have signed a five-year contract with Arsenal. So many teams were interested in me but it has been my dream at a tender age to play for Arsenal.”
Nwakali joins Nigerian Alex Iwobi at the Emirates Stadium. Iwobi, who has been capped on two occasions by Nigeria, has made 11 appearances for Arsenal this season.
