Congress alleges government let Vijay Mallya flee; UPA gave him loans, counters Arun Jaitley

Finance minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday said that banks will take every possible action to recover every penny from Vijay Mallya amid opposition's charges that the industrialist was allowed to flee the country.
