Stormers coach Robbie Fleck has made four changes and two positional switches to the team for Saturday’s Super Rugby derby against the Sharks at Newlands.

A knee injury to Robert du Preez sees Kurt Coleman making his first start at flyhalf this season, while the entire loose trio has been re-jigged.

Siya Kolisi has been promoted to the starting line-up at blindside flank at the expense of Sikhumbuzo Notshe, who drops down to the bench, which sees Nizaam Carr moving to the side of the scrum at openside flank and Schalk Burger shifting to No 8.

Fleck has also opted for two new props, with co-captain Frans Malherbe and JC Janse van Rensburg taking over from Vincent Koch and Oli Kebble respectively.

Stormers Team

15 Cheslin Kolbe, 14 Dillyn Leyds, 13 Johnny Kotze, 12 Juan de Jongh (captain), 11 Leolin Zas, 10 Kurt Coleman, 9 Jano Vermaak, 8 Schalk Burger, 7 Siya Kolisi, 6 Nizaam Carr, 5 Pieter-Steph du Toit, 4 Eben Etzebeth, 3 Frans Malherbe, 2 Bongi Mbonambi, 1 JC Janse van Rensburg.
