How to stop criminalisation of politics? SC constitution bench to decide

Why politics in the country is being increasingly criminalised and what measures needed to be taken to stop criminals from dictating terms to politicians, the Supreme Court on Thursday referred the issue to a constitution bench which will also decide whether a elected member can be disqualified after framing of charges in a criminal case.
