Inflation seen cooling in February, RBI rate cut possible

India's inflation was expected to cool in February as food prices rose more slowly, a Reuters poll found, which could strengthen calls for more easing of monetary policy. The Reserve Bank of India has not changed its key interest rate since cutting by a surprise 50 basis points in September.
