Strategist Prashant Kishor to 'home in' on UP soon

Congress’s newly minted poll strategist Prashant Kishor will make Uttar Pradesh his home following the assembly elections in five states ending May this year. Sources in the Congress told TOI Kishor will camp in Lucknow ahead of the UP polls and will also set up a new team for Uttar Pradesh, drafting talent for which is already underway.
