Hulamin names chief financial officer

Aluminium producer Hulamin appoints Anton Krull as chief financial officer with effect from May 1, following the resignation of David Austin.

Johannesburg - Hulamin said yesterday that it had appointed Anton Krull as chief financial officer with effect from May 1, following the resignation of David Austin.

A statement from South Africa’s leading manufacturer of aluminium products said Krull would rejoin Hulamin from Amcor, a global packaging company that is listed in Australia, where he had served as finance director of the South African operations.

He previously worked for Hulamin for seven years, most recently as the general manager of group finance, where he headed the group’s finance and risk management functions.
