4,616 walls in Chennai defaced by parties: EC

Chennai tops other cities in Tamil Nadu when it comes to the number of walls being defaced by political parties ahead of the assembly election. According to data released by chief electoral officer Rajesh Lakhoni on Thursday, 4,616 walls in the city have been defaced by graffiti, posters and banners.
