A four-member team of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC), led by its commissioner Narayan Konwar, interacted with Bhubaneswar mayor Anant Narayan Jena and top officials of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) here on Thursday to understand the BMC's plan on the smart city project and development work in the city.
