Council gives in, High School student gets his due

The West Bengal Higher Secondary Council on Thursday issued a corrected marksheet to HS candidate Ayan Ghorai from West Midnapore's Goaltore adding eight marks, awarded to his mathematics theory paper, to the grand total.
