Highlights of what the Indiana Legislature achieved in 2016

INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana lawmakers wrapped with their 2016 session this week with votes to approve a short-term boost in spending on roads and bridges around the state and ultimately replace the much-maligned ISTEP standardized test taken by more than 400,000 students each spring.
