USL to respond to Sebi on $75m deal
United Spirits (USL) on Friday confirmed it has received a request for information from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi ) regarding an agreement to pay erstwhile chairman Vijay Mallya $75 million as part of the latter's exit deal.
