Japanese agency okays Metro III bid document changes

The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), which is partially funding construction of the Metro III corridor, has given its no-objection certificate for changes made to bid documents. The modification in bids and design had been undertaken as the bidders had quoted more than the estimated amount for execution of civil work for the tunnel and underground stations.
