Happily putting behind days of controversy, the World Culture Festival got under way on Friday in an unconstrained melange of music, dance, faith, nationalities and languages. In the Prime Minister’s own words, it was the Kumbh Mela of culture. On its 35th anniversary, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s The Art of Living would not be denied its celebration.
