The collective wealth of the legislators in the 40-member Mizoram legislature grew by 662.85% in half-a-decade (between 2003 and 2008) while the rate of increase of the wealth of the Parliament members during the same period was 289%, according to the Aizawl-based corruption watchdog, the People's Right to Information and Development Society of Mizoram (PRISM).
