Karnataka's work on Kalsa canal damages Mauli temple hall

Karnataka has been carrying out work on the Kalsa canal to divert the Mhadei tributary into Malaprabha basin at a frenzied pace, and this has damaged the centuries-old Mauli temple in Kankumbi, near Goa's north-eastern border.
