Court issues non-bailable warrant against Mallya

A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Vijay Mallya after he failed to appear in a court in Hyderabad in connection with alleged dishonour of a cheque of Rs 50 lakh to GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd. Mallya's counsel said he will move the high court seeking quashing of the warrant.
