Hyd univ locked down; water, power supply cut

University of Hyderabad was completely locked down on Wednesday, with the administration suspending classes and shutting off power, water and food to hostellers, a day after students protested the return of vice-chancellor Appa Rao Podile, who is named in the Rohith Vemula suicide case.
