Accenture Plc (ACN) Q2 Earnings: Revenue, Profits Expected To Grow Over Year-Earlier Period

Accenture will issue its earnings for the second quarter of 2016 before markets open Thursday. According to Reuters analysts, the management consulting services company is expected to report earnings of $1.18 per share on a revenue of $7.72 billion in the quarter ending February. This would be higher than earnings of $1.08 per share the company reported a year earlier on revenue of $7.5 billion.

However, the Dublin-based company’s second quarter revenue is likely to be below the $8 billion it reported in the first quarter of fiscal 2016, which ended Nov. 30, 2015.
