Amicus curiae questions NH-7 mitigation measures

The amicus curiae in the case before high court here relating to four laning of NH-7 has submitted that the construction should start only after wildlife mitigation measures have been finalized. He has also questioned the manner in which NHAI unilaterally reduced the mitigation measures.
