Govt apathy puts brakes on highway patrol unit

Acute manpower shortage, inadequate vehicles, and substantially long list of pending demands can be blamed for the dismal performance of the highway patrol (HP) unit at Nagpur. The Nagpur TAP (Traffic Aid Post) unit is trying to justify it existence with occasional drives and action on the highways.
