Las Vegas Sands Corp. and Majestic Realty Co. are publicly airing their plans for a 65,000-seat football stadium for the first time today before a key infrastructure panel. Their presentation to the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee envisions a project that would cost an estimated $1.3 billion and would require some action from the state Legislature.
