For nearly two years, Ukrainian officials have been promising that Western investors would soon flood the country with billions of investment dollars to save the country's troubled economy. However, investment sage Jim Rogers believes otherwise, warning that Ukraine could wind up like Columbia, which is still reeling from a thirty year civil war.
