Belgian officials regret not acting on Turkey warning; bomber siblings already known to U.S. intelligence
BRUSSELS, March 24 (UPI) -- Two Belgian leaders expressed regret Thursday that they didn't act on requests from Turkey last year to arrest a man accused in Tuesday's bombings in Brussels.
