5 places to visit this Easter
Another chance has come for people to relax and take a break from their daily activities. The Easter holiday begins tomorrow, Friday, March 25 and stretches into the first working day of the week.
This period is no doubt, a good time to let go of all the accumulated stress and engage in beautiful and refreshing activities.
Fun seekers at the beach
For some people, this long period of holiday would come without them achieving much. Planning ahead is advantageous as you are able to make judicious use of your time. Depending on your area of interest, you could have enough time to catch up on activities you always miss or use the period to do a sober reflection.
Find below some of the places you could visit to make your Easter holiday engaging:
1. Beach
While your work schedule might have been crazy and busy, the Easter holiday is a good time to unwind and do something different. You could visit the beach and get wet in the process. There are so many beaches to be visited in Lagos for instance. The water would be a good place to be in with the high temperatures recorded recently.
2. Mall
Running a routine could be boring; it is understandable that people do this because of the nature of their jobs. But once in a while, it is absolutely fine to break routine and doing something out of the norm.
This festive season, you could visit the mall to sightsee and get wind of current happenings. You are bound to discover something new; whether in fashion, style or the environment itself.
3. Cinema
The cinema is another place you should include in your to-do list. Seeing a movie in the confines of your room is definitely not the same as seeing one in a cinema. The environment itself is enough to make you relax. There are lots of wonderful movies showing at the cinema; pick the movie and cinema of interest and give yourself a treat.

4. Recreational centre
Depending on how much you intend spending this Easter break, some recreational centres could be visited to unwind. You could go alone or choose to be in someone’s company. You could indulge yourself in playing games while you take your mind off work and the very pressing issues of life. Play and let go of your worries, life is short.
5. Restaurant and bars
There are some exquisite bars and restaurants you could go to this Easter break. Don’t go to the same bars and restaurants you have always visited. Make inquiries and explore a new one. That in itself is another experience.
Make it a point of duty to give yourself treats from time to time. Life after all is vanity; the rich die leaving a lot of money in their accounts, someone else could spend the savings of the poor.
