UHBVN to compensate user for service deficiency

Panchkula district consumer redressal forum has directed Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (UNBHVN) to pay Rs 20,000 for deficiency of services and Rs 5,000 as cost of litigation to a Panchkula resident.
