Plotter in foiled terror attack had 'unprecedented' weapons arsenal, French officials say

PARIS, March 30 (UPI) -- The Frenchman arrested last week for plotting a terrorist attack had firearms and explosives inside his apartment on an "unprecedented scale," prosecutors said.
