HC disposes of PIL on Chaudhary's MBA degree

Gujarat high court, on Wednesday, disposed the PIL questioning the validity of the MBA degree obtained by state health and urban development minister Shankar Chaudhary, by permitting the petitioner to file a complaint in this regard before appropriate authority.
