Jose Mourinho has been talking to Valencia for the last month, as the Spanish club look to find a replacement for Gary Neville who was sacked on Wednesday.

According to the Sun, Mourinho’s agent Jorge Mendes, a close advisor to Valencia owner Peter Lim has brokered a deal with the Mestalla outfit.
Its is claimed that while Mourinho would prefer a move to Old Trafford, a deal has been agreed with the Liga club.
The deal features massive wages in the region of £15m-a-year, with a healthy transfer budget of £100m to be handed to the Portuguese manager on his arrival.

The deal was allegedly brokered last month in Singapore.
The former Chelsea boss has been linked with a move to United since he was sacked by the Chelsea in December, but has yet to certify a move to Man Utd.
Recall that Mourinho has signed a pre-contract agreement with United to replace Louis Van Gaal in the summer.
The former Porto, Real Madrid and Inter Milan trainer will be paid to £15m in compensation if he is not appointed by Manchester United by 1 June.
