Cruz wins citizenship case in Pennsylvania Supreme Court

HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania - Texas Sen. Ted Cruz has won a case in Pennsylvania's highest court that had challenged his eligibility to appear on the state's GOP primary ballot and serve as president.
