Kolkata flyover collapse: Mamata Banerjee vows action against guilty

West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday promised to take strict action against those found responsible for the deadly flyover collapse in Kolkata that claimed at least 18 lives and left dozens of others injured. Many people are feared to be still trapped in the debris.
