Chennai metro rail gets 24 new trains from Andhra, begins testing

Chennai Metro Rail's plans to open new routes between Saidapet and Airport, and Thirumangalam and Shenoy Nagar by year-end are on schedule with CMRL having begun tests on 24 new trains that have arrived from Alstom factory in Sri City, Andhra Pradesh.
