Appeals court dismisses Kim Davis' lawsuit against Kentucky

FRANKFORT, Kentucky - A federal appeals court has dismissed a lawsuit that a Kentucky clerk filed against the state for requiring her to issue marriage licenses that contained her name to same-sex couples.
