The Miss Universe Organization launched a new campaign on Wednesday in the hopes of finding their 52nd contestant for this summer's upcoming Miss USA competition. "Miss USA is someone who is strong, determined and confident," President of the Miss Universe Organization Paula M. Shugart said in a press release.
