Uttarakhand HC order: Rahul Gandhi flays PM Modi, says ''people watching you''

After Uttarakhand High Court set aside Centre`s decision of imposing President`s Rule in the state, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday flayed Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying people of the country are watching him.
