Health chief: Use Flint woes to spotlight lead paint threat

INDIANAPOLIS - Flint, Michigan's lead-contaminated water crisis presents an opportunity for Indiana public health advocates to shine a spotlight on the much larger health threat children face from lead-based paint in old homes, Indiana's health commissioner said Thursday.
