With more than 100 lives lost on stretches of Delhi-Jalandhar (NH-1) and Chandigarh-Ferozepur (NH-95) highways in Ludhiana, the traffic police have identified 10 new dark spots on these highways in addition to 15 sites which were already there in the list.
