Senior S. Korean diplomat to tour Europe to boost ties, discuss N. Korea

SEOUL, April 21 (Yonhap) -- A senior South Korean diplomat will leave for Europe this weekend to strengthen bilateral ties and raise awareness of the threat posed by North Korea's nuclear and missile programs, Seoul's Foreign Ministry said Thursday.
