Linn-Benton men's basketball: Hartman has focused vision for Roadrunners

When Randy Falk took over as Linn-Benton Community College’s athletic director on a fulltime basis last week, he needed to fill the position he once held, the head coach of the Roadrunners’ men’s basketball program.
