FBI's Comey: Islamic State's U.S. recruitment down; encryption troubles
WASHINGTON, May 12 (UPI) -- FBI Director Comey on Wednesday said that while the Islamic State is recruiting fewer Americans, messaging encryption is strengthening the group's efforts.
