With a second-place finish within their grasp and managerial uncertainty still an issue elsewhere, Tottenham are finding a grounding in their manager who has impressed so much this season.
The 44-year-old had verbally agreed his new contract in April, but the club had to ensure there is a blueprint to formally confirm the contract.
