Describing the condition of Jagamohan, a hall facing the sanctum sanctorum in Puri Jagannath Temple, as alarming, chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday came down heavily on the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) for poor conservation and sought prime minister Narendra Modi's immediate intervention for the safety of the 12th century shrine.
