Every day, more than 400 American World War II veterans die. Some say that when the last veteran of any war dies, the memory of that war dies as well. That’s one reason the New Mexico National Guard Museum in Santa Fe is staging a re-enactment Saturday of a World War II-era U.S. Army camp.
