Russia to Hold Observation Flight Over Croatia, Slovenia Under Open Skies

Russian military experts will fly over Croatia and Slovenia under the Treaty on Open Skies on May 16-21, the head of the Russian Defense Ministry's Nuclear Risk Reduction Center said.
