Time to assess success of e-toll system‚ says AA

With the extended period for Gauteng motorists to pay their outstanding historic e-toll accounts at a reduced rate of 60% ending on Tuesday‚ the Automobile Association says it is an opportune time to assess the success of the e-toll system.
