President Muhammadu Buhari presided over the Second Regional Security Summit in Abuja and a mild drama played out.
In attendance was President Francois Hollande of France and other world leaders to discuss salient security issues.
A mild drama played out when former president, Olusegun Obasanjo tried to whisper to President Buhari privately while President Hollande was there. The French president was not aware of this at first and when he did, he looked surprised at the gesture and perhaps considered it rude.
The French are known to to take culture and courtesy very seriously which may indicate he might have found the act of the two men whispering beside him surprising. Perhaps something important came up that Obasanjo felt necessary to communicate to Buhari.
