The man’s name is Kenny Bailey. Back in 2014, he had a massive stroke. Since then he lives with only half of his head left after the surgery! Learn what the Department for Work and Pensions made him do.

This person can function and do all he needs to take care of himself. He gets around, does home choirs, cooks food and shops. However, he still got only half of his head in place. Mr. Bailey suffers from partial memory loss, he has difficulty walking and his left body side is partially paralyzed.

Nonetheless, people in DWP believe he can work just fine and needs no pension! They send him back to work and refuse to pay the allowance.

The man thinks such an offer to get a job and stop being a burden to the community is offensive. His life side is paralyzed and he keeps forgetting things. He needs the money to pay his bills and buy some food. It is hard to believe someone could set such a demand for a man with half of his head!
