Navy Officer Lt. Cmdr. Edward Lin Court Martial to Begin Tuesday

Lt. Cmdr. Edward Lin, the U.S. naval officer accused of spying for Taiwan, and possibly China, will be arraigned on the charges in Norfolk, Va.
