Unlike the High Negotiations Committee delegation, the Moscow-Cairo group of Syrian opposition presented its ideas regarding the new Syrian constitution and elections to UN Special Envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
