After a botched blood transfusion at Gauhati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) left a young boy HIV-positive, CM Tarun Gogoi on Monday ordered the hospital authorities to install facilities to conduct the advanced Nucleic Acid Amplification Test (NAAT) as soon as possible.
